Lisa Rocks!

I was trying to juggle buying and selling a house with the hectic schedule of working in the film industry. She got me in to see great places at the last minute and weeded through the piles of unsuitable houses, so in the little time I had, almost everything I saw was a good fit. After we found the perfect place, she helped with offer, making it look good to the seller while protecting my interests. We got the house at a price I was happy with and then turned to selling my place. Lisa went on a marketing blitz (does this woman ever sleep!?), got a ton of viewings and got me into a position with multiple offers, all the while handling herself in an ethical, and fair manner. In the end I got a great price for my house, and sold it to a fantastic buyer.

We worked with Lisa on the sale of our loft downtown and the purchase of our townhouse in Queen West.
